West Pennant Hills
In an area known for quite dated homes, the brief for this project was to stand out! This young family wanted a family home for a contemporary lifestyle, which we designed for them over a vast 3 level floorplan. The brief was for sun-soaked interiors and sleek designer aesthetics. Combining glass, space, and light we created an effortless in/outdoor flow, showcasing multiple light filled living zones with a seamless flow to a central landscaped courtyard. For the exterior we took inspiration from modern Californian architecture, sticking to clean white render and timber look accents.
