Bella Vista
The client requested a sizeable family home which would double as an entertaining space. We created a huge glass feature entry, which opened immediately onto a large open void and timber tread stringer staircase. The expectation was for the house to appear both large and accessible, with open plan living throughout. The client opted to include several luxury features, such as LED lit bulkheads, Australian timber clad ceiling spaces, and automation systems throughout the house. The client also wanted to utilise as much of the outdoor space as possible with the intention of creating multiple areas for guests and celebrations. To achieve this we added a large tiled outdoor area, using premium Travertine and timber look outdoor tiles, which wrapped around a fully tiled mosaic pool and spa.
